Quotes, Estimates & Service Scope

Any quote or estimate provided online, by phone, by text message, by email, or in person is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing and scope may change after inspection due to measurements, site conditions, terrain, underground utilities, property layout, product availability, material selection, gate requirements, access limitations, safety requirements, permitting needs, specialty materials, or customer-requested changes.

We may require photos, measurements, property details, project information, or an in-person assessment to confirm a final quote.

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee appointment availability, service eligibility, or final pricing until confirmed by Titan Fence & Construction, doing business as Titan Fence NC.

Orders, Payments & Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, deposits, balances, material costs, labor costs, and agreed service charges.

Payment timing may vary based on the service and may include deposits, progress payments, or payment upon completion. Payment requirements will be confirmed during booking, invoicing, or service approval.

If a payment fails, is disputed, or is overdue, we may pause, cancel, or withhold completion of Services until the issue is resolved, to the extent permitted by law.

Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us as early as possible.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in a cancellation or no-show fee, especially if labor, materials, installation time, or travel time was reserved for your project.

We may reschedule appointments due to weather, material delays, staffing, equipment issues, site conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances that reasonably affect service completion.

Property Condition & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for disclosing known property, fence, gate, utility, access, drainage, grading, or structural issues before service, including but not limited to underground utilities, property line concerns, HOA requirements, permit requirements, damaged posts, unstable ground, drainage problems, existing fence damage, prior repairs, access restrictions, pets, locked gates, or any other condition that may affect service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the service area and removing personal belongings, decorations, vehicles, furniture, debris, or obstructions from the work area where needed.

Titan Fence & Construction, doing business as Titan Fence NC, is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, underground utilities not properly marked, property line disputes, HOA or permit issues, unstable soil, drainage issues, prior poor repairs, non-standard construction, or damage caused by property conditions outside our reasonable control.

Property Lines, Permits & Utilities

Customers are responsible for confirming property lines, easements, HOA rules, and permit requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring underground utilities are properly identified or marked before work begins where applicable. We may provide general guidance, but final responsibility for property access, legal boundaries, HOA approval, permits, and utility marking remains with the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Materials & Custom Orders

Fencing services may require custom ordering, material purchasing, specialty hardware, gates, posts, panels, or supplier lead times. Customers understand that custom materials, ordered materials, cut materials, specialty hardware, and fabricated items may be non-refundable once ordered, cut, modified, or installed.

Lead times may vary based on product availability, supplier delays, shipping, weather, and project complexity.

Service Results & Limitations

We strive to provide high-quality workmanship and professional results. However, some limitations may apply depending on property conditions, terrain, soil, grade, drainage, existing structures, prior installation work, selected materials, and available replacement materials.

Fence installation, fence repair, fence replacement, gate installation, and related services are subject to real-world limitations. Final results may depend on site conditions, material compatibility, customer decisions, and proper aftercare.

Aftercare Instructions

Customers agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Titan Fence & Construction, doing business as Titan Fence NC. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect appearance, durability, performance, warranty eligibility, or service results.

Aftercare may include, but is not limited to, avoiding unnecessary pressure on newly installed fence sections, gates, posts, concrete, hardware, or treated materials until the recommended cure or settling period has passed, and following cleaning or maintenance instructions provided after service.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the project status, materials ordered, labor performed, and whether custom or specialty materials were used.

Custom-ordered fencing materials, installed materials, cut materials, special-order hardware, completed repair work, completed installation work, or partially completed services may not be eligible for a refund.

If you believe there is an issue with your service, you must contact us promptly so we can inspect the project and review available options.

Warranties

Product Warranties

Some products may include manufacturer warranties where offered. Manufacturer warranties are controlled by the manufacturer's terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim requirements.

Titan Fence & Construction, doing business as Titan Fence NC, does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

Workmanship

Workmanship coverage, if any, will be communicated at the time of service, invoice, or written agreement. Workmanship coverage does not apply to misuse, accidents, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, customer-caused damage, storm or weather damage, ground movement, drainage problems, soil conditions, animal damage, pre-existing property issues, third-party work, or factors outside reasonable installation control.

Warranty claims may require inspection, proof of service, and compliance with aftercare instructions.
